So as we come to the halfway point of what is most likely going to be the only season of Running Wilde, i have to say the show has really grown on me. And while people like Will Arnett were already known commodities in the entertainment industry, the best thing by far to come out of this show has been the emergence of Peter Serafinowicz as Arnetts friend Fa'ad. And Serafinowicz was front and center for this episode. Renewal for this show seems very unlikely but we can only hope that it leads to us seeing Serafinowicz is more stuff in the future
QUICK HITS
- I assume this is the end of David Cross's Andy for this show. I cant say that I'm sad to see him go. I love David Cross but he just was not funny and wildely(pun intended) under used in this show. Hopefully he get another season of Todd Margret on IFC, where he was much funnier
- "I went to go tell my wife about how crazy your idea was and now we are renewing our vows you bastard"
- "Perhaps I put to much faith in the wisdom of this tent schooled jungle child who combes her hair with a twig"
